The short answer

What this is

Online coaching is for people who are happy training under their own steam but want the programming and accountability of working with a coach. You get a plan built specifically for you — strength, muscle, and mobility combined the way Jasper programmes his in-person work — delivered through an app or shared plan you follow at your own gym, on your own schedule. It is the same thinking behind the 1-2-1 work, adapted to remote delivery: a structured, periodised programme, nutrition and lifestyle guidance for body-composition change, and regular check-ins to review progress, adjust the plan, and answer questions. What it does not include is in-person, in-the-moment technique correction — that is what the 1-2-1 service is for. Online coaching suits clients who already train with reasonable confidence and want intelligent programming without the in-person session time.

What you get

What's included

  • A fully personalised programme built around your goals, equipment, and weekly schedule — not a generic template
  • Strength, muscle, and mobility programmed together, drawing on the same multi-discipline approach as the in-person work
  • Nutrition and lifestyle guidance for body-composition change, set up so it fits your real life
  • Regular check-ins to review progress, adjust the plan, and answer your questions
  • Train at your own gym on your own timetable, while the programming stays in expert hands
  • A clear, varied progression that keeps the plan effective and engaging over the long term

How it works

What to expect

Getting started

Be ready to share your goals, training history, any injuries, the equipment you can access, and your weekly schedule at onboarding — the more detail, the better your first programme. A way to film a few working sets (a phone is plenty) helps Jasper sense-check your technique remotely.

During your sessions

After your sessions

Between check-ins you log your sessions and how they felt; at each check-in Jasper reviews the data, adjusts load, exercises, and focus, and sets the priorities for the next block. Nutrition, sleep, and recovery are reviewed alongside the training so progress is sustainable.

Common
questions

How is online coaching different from 1-2-1 training?

Online coaching gives you the same calibre of programming and accountability remotely, delivered through an app or plan with regular check-ins. What it does not include is in-person, in-the-moment technique correction — that is what 1-2-1 personal training is for. Online suits people who can already train with reasonable confidence on their own.

Do I need my own gym and equipment?

You need access to a gym or enough equipment to train properly — that is established during onboarding so the programme is built around what you actually have. Jasper tailors the exercise selection to your setup, whether that is a fully equipped gym or a more limited home or hotel setup while you travel.

How often will we be in contact?

You train on your own schedule and check in regularly so Jasper can review your progress, answer questions, and adjust the plan. The exact cadence is agreed at onboarding and shaped around how much support you want. Online coaching is designed to keep you accountable without needing fixed in-person session times.

Can online coaching build real strength and muscle?

Yes — if you train consistently and follow the plan. The programming applies the same progressive, periodised principles as the in-person work, combining strength, muscle, and mobility. The variable that decides results is your consistency and recovery; the check-ins exist to keep both on track and to keep the programme moving forward.

How do I sign up for online coaching?
