The short answer
Online coaching with Jasper MacDermot is a personalised strength, muscle, and mobility programme delivered remotely: built specifically for you the way Jasper programmes his in-person work, and provided through an app or shared plan you follow at your own gym, on your own schedule. It is for people who are happy training under their own steam but want the programming and accountability of working with a coach.
It is the same thinking behind the 1-2-1 work, adapted to remote delivery: a structured, periodised programme, nutrition and lifestyle guidance for body-composition change, and regular check-ins to review progress, adjust the plan, and answer questions. What it does not include is in-person, in-the-moment technique correction, and that is exactly what the 1-2-1 service is for.
You need access to a gym or enough equipment to train properly, established during onboarding so the programme is built around what you actually have, whether that is a full gym or a limited home or hotel setup while you travel. It suits clients who already train with reasonable confidence and want intelligent programming without the in-person session time.
Online coaching is expert programming for people who already train with confidence on their own. This is ideal for you if you:
The same thinking as the in-person work, adapted to remote delivery, with regular check-ins to keep it moving.
A fully personalised plan built around your goals, the equipment you have, and your weekly schedule. Not a generic template.
Strength, muscle, and mobility programmed together, drawing on the same thinking as the in-person coaching.
Your periodised programme arrives with clear instructions and demonstrations that you follow at your own gym.
Set up so it fits your real life and pulls in the same direction as the training toward how you want to look and feel.
You report back and Jasper reviews progress, answers questions, and adjusts the plan, so it keeps evolving with you.
Train at your own gym, around travel and long hours, while the programming stays in expert hands.
For people who already train with reasonable confidence and want it programmed properly and held accountable.
A clear, varied progression that keeps the plan effective and engaging well beyond the first block.
Online coaching gives you programming from a real coach and regular check-ins, so you train confidently on your own with a plan that adapts as you progress.
You start with a detailed onboarding: your goals, training history, any injuries, the equipment you can access, and your weekly schedule. It is the remote equivalent of an in-person assessment, so the first programme fits your real situation.
A personalised, periodised programme is delivered through an app or shared plan: strength, muscle, and mobility combined, with clear instructions and demonstrations. Nutrition and lifestyle guidance is set up alongside it.
You train on your own schedule and report back through regular check-ins. Jasper reviews your progress, answers questions, and adjusts load, exercises, and focus, so the programme keeps evolving rather than going stale.

Jasper tailors the exercise selection to your setup, whether that is a fully equipped gym or a more limited home or hotel setup while you travel.
You train on your own schedule and check in regularly so Jasper can review your progress, answer questions, and adjust the plan. The exact cadence is agreed at onboarding and shaped around how much support you want. Online coaching is designed to keep you accountable without needing fixed in-person session times.
Yes, if you train consistently and follow the plan. The programming applies the same progressive, periodised principles as the in-person work, combining strength, muscle, and mobility. The variable that decides results is your consistency and recovery; the check-ins exist to keep both on track and to keep the programme moving forward.
