My story

I started training as a bullied, insecure teenager who thought getting jacked and ripped would fix everything. It did not fix everything, but it began a lifelong obsession with physical culture as a way to build confidence, discipline, and a better life. So many of life's lessons are learned through the simple practice of showing up and working hard, and that has been a constant for me ever since.

After a decade of hard training across bodybuilding, powerlifting, and CrossFit, and years of coaching, I was strong but beaten up and often in pain. So I set about finding a way to train that would take me out of chronic pain and back to enjoying training as an ambitious athlete. The years that followed gave me exactly what I was looking for, and sharing what I learned has driven my coaching ever since.

Who I work with

I work with people who hold themselves to a high standard in their work and want their body to match it. Often that's a successful professional in their 40s who has trained on and off for years but never quite got the results they wanted: feeling stiff, a little weak, carrying some unwanted fat, and ready to do something about it. Over roughly a thousand clients, from CEOs and senior executives to studios prepping actors, the brief has stayed the same: build a body that looks, feels, and performs the way you want it to.

My method

Everything starts with an honest assessment of where you are, then a programme built around your body and your week. My edge is how that programme is put together: I synergise the most effective principles across several disciplines: high-skill strength, tangible mobility outcomes, and muscle gain: alongside nutrition and lifestyle support for body-composition change. That combination is what keeps training effective, varied, and genuinely engaging for years rather than going stale in months. Load is earned, progress follows capacity, and the plan keeps evolving so it never stops working.

What I help with

Building real, usable strength. Adding quality muscle that lasts. Mobility and movement: owning the ranges your joints should have, not just stretching into them. Fat loss and body composition through training, nutrition, and lifestyle that actually fit your life. And longevity and performance: staying strong, mobile, and capable for decades, so you perform at your best well beyond the gym floor. The desired outcome is simple: wake up in a body that feels good, get dressed without avoiding the mirror, and take pride in how you perform.

How I work

I coach 1-2-1 at UNTIL Liverpool Street and online for people who train confidently on their own. Most 1-2-1 clients train two to four sessions a week on a minimum twelve-week commitment, then roll on from there: significant change takes time, and the clients who get the most out of it tend to stay for years. The relationship matters as much as the programming: strong rapport and real accountability are a big part of why people keep training, and keep getting results.

Credentials and experience

Across roughly a thousand clients, I have coached CEOs and senior executives, busy professionals, and studios prepping actors for demanding roles. The brief is always the same: build a body that looks, feels, and performs the way the person wants, around a real and often demanding life.

My own training spans more than a decade across bodybuilding, powerlifting, and CrossFit, which is where the multi-discipline approach comes from. That experience is backed by Functional Range Conditioning for the mobility side and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification for body composition, alongside further coaching qualifications listed below. The certifications matter, but the real edge is a decade of putting them to work with real people.

YouTube and free training content

Alongside 1-2-1 and online coaching, I put out free training content for people who want to train well on their own. That includes more than 300 follow-along workouts and complete multi-week programmes on YouTube, so you can get a feel for how I coach before working with me directly.

If the free content is useful and you want a plan built specifically around your body, your goals, and your week, that is exactly what the coaching is for. Start with the YouTube page, which gathers the most popular sessions, full programmes, and mobility work in one place, or head straight to the channel and subscribe.
