Yes — if you train consistently. Online coaching delivers a tailored hypertrophy programme with regular check-ins, applying the same progressive principles as the in-person work. If you want hands-on technical attention on your lifting, 1-2-1 training adds that in person. The right fit is agreed before anything starts.
Will building muscle make me bulky?
